Consequences of Violation

3. Content and AI-Generated Material

3.1 User-Generated Content

Our Service allows you to create, upload, and share content. You retain all rights to content you create, but grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content for the purposes of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, including custom exams, notes, and other materials. You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and share the content

Content License

By posting content on ScoreGetter Go Abroad, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the Service and our business operations, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service.

Practice Materials

Our exams are designed to mimic official tests, but we do not claim they perfectly represent official certification exams in content or structure.

No Pass Guarantee

While we strive to provide high-quality preparation materials, we cannot guarantee that using our Service will result in passing official certification exams.

Appropriate Certificate Usage

ScoreGetter Go Abroad certificates may be used for:

Personal achievement tracking
Demonstrating study commitment to teachers or employers
Sharing progress with study groups or mentors
Supporting applications, provided they are clearly identified as practice achievements

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ScoreGetter Go Abroad, its affiliates, or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Service or the provision of or failure to provide support services, even if ScoreGetter Go Abroad has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, ScoreGetter Go Abroad's entire liability under any provision of these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Service or USD $100.00, whichever is less.
