Question Bank — Overview
The Question Bank is your organization's reusable pool of questions. Write, import or generate a question once, then use it in exams, study-plan practice and flashcards for as long as you need it.

A study-plan module draws from one bank, so a Maths module never serves a Science question. Pick the bank when questions are added and the pool stays organised.
Four ways to add questions

Finding the right bank
Open Question banks from your organization. Each bank is a tile that shows:
- how many questions it holds and how many sections;
- its sections and its easy / medium / hard mix;
- when a question was last added or edited, and by whom;
- how many study-plan modules draw practice or flashcards from it;
- the question types it holds, when it has more than multiple choice;
- AI drafts waiting for review, when there are any.
With two or more banks, a search box finds a bank by name, section or description, and Sort orders the shelf by name, most recently updated, most questions, or drafts waiting for review. Your sort choice is remembered.
If you manage several organizations, Question Bank first shows one tile per organization with its question and bank count, top sections, last activity and drafts to review, with the same search and sort.
Inside a bank
Everything you do on a bank page stays in that bank: add, import, generate, export and build an exam all start with it selected. Filter by section, difficulty or tag, open any question to see its options and explanation, and use Verify quality for an AI check of a single question.
